It was good clean but i went there in a high season so the price was little higher for this stander

The music in the lobby give me a very bad first impression

A terrible and unsafe experience – I will never return to this hotel.

Unprofessional, rude, and discriminatory receptionist. I was falsely accused of theft, threatened over the phone after checkout, and intimidated through the taxi driver. Totally unacceptable and unsafe.Staff should treat guests with respect, follow proper hotel procedures, and never threaten or harass guests after checkout. Management must ensure professionalism and guest safety. I sent you email regarding my bad experience in details during my stay in this horrible hotel.

I had an incredibly disappointing stay at Hotel Graceland in Bangkok. From the moment we arrived, it was nothing but a series of issues. Firstly, they are currently undergoing construction, but this was never mentioned anywhere when we booked. The noise, dust, and overall unhygienic conditions were unbearable. The hotel was dusty, and the entire atmosphere felt uncomfortable.The washroom was another nightmare – the bathing space was broken, causing water to spill onto the entire bathroom floor. It was a mess and made it nearly impossible to use the bathroom without stepping into a puddle. As someone with asthma, I found the air quality in the room to be awful. If you're sensitive to air quality, I can't even imagine how bad it would be for you.Additionally, despite having a checkout time of 12 noon, the reception began calling us starting at 10am., repeatedly disturbing us. It felt extremely rude and inconsiderate. All of these issues together made our stay one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had in Thailand.I would definitely not recommend Hotel Graceland to anyone. It's a shame that such a poor experience overshadowed our trip. Avoid at all costs!

Close to nana area and sky train and great staff

The rooms are very comfortable,bed is great.Bathroom is a good spec.

Breakfast was Arabic only - the hotel is located in a very Arabic area of Bangkok. Despite constant requests to have my TV language changed to English so I could use the controls and settings of the TV my requests were ignored. A simple request proved to be unattainable and not the customer service I would have expected.
